The Next Women · Owner & CEO

Women building businesses need other women building businesses.

The Next Women is an invite-only membership for women building and scaling a business in the Netherlands. Small, curated groups meet in monthly masterminds on business finance, financing growth and personal finance, with quarterly socials and an annual weekend, in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and online. I own it and run it.

The idea

“Wealth is the next frontier of equality.”

How I ended up owning it

“Your network is dying. It shouldn’t — it’s got good things. Let’s talk.”

I came across an under-activated network with a real name and a real database, and reached out to its founder. That conversation led, unexpectedly, to me acquiring the company.

Seeing potential where others saw decline is the pattern of my whole career. Since then it has been rebuilding work: the events, the tone, the reason to show up, the partners worth having. Community is not a channel for me. It is the operating model.

What we talk about

Money. A lot.

Building a business and building your own wealth are not two separate conversations. The Next Women treats them as one.

Business finance

Pricing, margins, cash flow, profitability. The numbers that decide whether a company lasts.

Financing growth

Raising capital, debt, grants, revenue. Choosing the money that fits the business you want to build.

Personal finance

Your own wealth, security and choices. What you build for yourself while you build the company.

How it works

A room, not a mailing list.

A room where you can say “I have no idea what I’m doing”, and someone answers “I’ve been there. Here’s what I did.”

Who it is for

Women already building and scaling a business. Not idea-stage. Not freelance. If you are in it and you want to go big, this is your room.

How you get in

By invitation, carefully curated. The number of businesses per sector is limited, because diversity of business, background, age and location is what makes the room useful.

How groups work

Small groups of women at similar stages, with a few who are slightly ahead in the mix. Real peer support, plus someone who has already done the thing you are about to do.

When and where

Monthly masterminds, quarterly socials and an annual weekend. Online and offline, starting in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

What we’ve put in a room

Rooms designed for depth, not volume.

Every gathering is built around a question members actually have, and everyone leaves with something concrete: a name, an introduction, a decision made.

Want to be in the room?

Membership is by invitation. Brands and institutions that want to reach ambitious women credibly — and be useful in the room rather than just sponsor it — can talk to me directly.
