Women and wealth
I want more women to build wealth. Wealth gives women more agency, choice and influence. Who has wealth matters — so who gets to accumulate it matters.
About
I’ve always had an insatiable hunger to build the life I wanted. Joy. Freedom. Financial stability. Impact. I knew that early, even when I didn’t know what shape it would take.
“I’m not an entrepreneur who happens to have opinions. I’m an activist who happens to run businesses.”
The story
I left university abruptly. Some instinct told me that path wasn’t mine. So I took a first job. Then a second. Then a third.
By my late twenties, I was in a role that was wrong in every way. Wrong organisation. Wrong management. Wrong size. Wrong culture. I knew it within the first week. The salary was great. I had a car. On paper, it looked right. Inside, it depleted me.
I didn’t chase the next job. I paused. I found coaching, and with it, a chance to go back to my values and rebuild from there. That pause changed everything. From then on, I worked relentlessly to build a life on my own terms.
I knew I wanted to build something that would carry weight and impact, something that would energize me while it served others. Plentiful is the result: one idea out of a thousand, chosen over years, not overnight.
Then I came across The Next Women: a network with a real name, a real history since 2012 and an ecosystem of more than 15,000 people, running out of steam. I reached out to its founder, and that conversation ended with me acquiring the company. Today I own and run it as its CEO, rebuilding it as an invite-only membership for women building and scaling a business.
Everything in my world today, the women, the community, the growth, is tied to one thread: the desire to help people build the lives and careers they actually want, and to defy the limits society hands us, and the ones we hand ourselves.

What I believe

Relationships, community, partnerships and ecosystems are real growth infrastructure. Not "engagement."
There is no single correct career path or identity. People can build unconventional, evolving lives and careers — deliberately.
Question traditional norms. Think differently. Stand out. Be bold, kind, colourful and unapologetic.
